PRODUCTION TIME

• Standard Production: 5 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays). This timeframe ensures our artisans dedicate full attention to every intricate stitch and bead detail.
• Priority Rush Production: 3 business days to complete crafting and prepare export documentation.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMELINES

• Standard Shipping:
• Delivery Time: Estimated 15 - 30 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance procedures.
• Shipping Fee: INCLUDED in the base item price (Free Standard Shipping).
• Express Shipping Upgrade (DHL / FedEx Express):
• Carriers: Shipped via DHL Express or FedEx Express.
• Production & Delivery Time: Production takes 3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–7 business days for shipping. The total estimated time from placing your order to receiving it is 8–10 business days.
• Upgrade Fee: +60 USD (Non-refundable flat upgrade fee).
